At the Sewage Works: Black-headed Gull, 1 Blackcap singing, 1 Whitethroat singing, 2 Pheasant, Great Tit, Wren, Green Woodpecker drumming in Rawreth Hall Woods, 1 Jackdaw on path to Hockley Woods, 1 Skylark singing high above The fields to the west, 2 Chaffinch. In Hockley Woods: 1 Great Spotted Woodpecker, Green Woodpecker, Jay, Blue Tit, Great Tit, Robin, Wren. Crows started going berserk above me then a Buzzard swooped down through the canopy very close then veered away when it saw me, crows went mad above me again about 30 minutes later in roughly the same area above the canopy chasing another (or the same) Buzzard.
