2 Hen Harrier (one ringtail) flying east to west along Crouch sea wall, putting up flocks of Lapwing, Oystercatchers and Redshank. Then 1 female Hen Harrier showing well, flying low over marshes and over footpath near car park. 1 Short Eared Owl landed by dyke just east of car park, then flew/hovered over head calling loudly for several minutes whilst being mobbed repeatedly by a Merlin, just before sunset.
