Book Your Own Guided Bird Walk

New to birdwatching?

Not quite sure where to go?

Can't make up your mind as to what species you have just seen

We can Help!

If you are a new to bird watching or just a visitor to Southend we can offer you guided tours of the best birding locations in the area. The tours would be at weekends and can be at the time of your choosing. We cannot promise that you will see a particular species, but you will be able to get good close up telescope views of any birds that are seen on the trip. The tour leader will identify any birds seen and hopefully this will allow you to develop your own skills.

The tour is open to anyone and children accompanied by adults would be especially welcome.

For more information on your own personal tour please email the web author at:

Our experts can also give your group or club illustrated evening talks. All we ask for these talks is a donation to our local RSPB group. Please call the Group Leader on (01702) 525152 to book.
